Payment Options

We offer a range of payment methods tailored to our client’s preferences. These options are outlined below:

• Pay to Go My India: You can pay directly to us via Netbanking, Credit/Debit Card. To confirm booking we accept minimum advance amount of INR 500/-
• Direct Cash Payment to the Driver: You can pay the full amount to the assigned driver in Cash after the ride is over. 
• Net Banking or Credit/Debit Cards: You can pay via net banking, credit cards, or debit cards to our bank account.

Taxi Booking Confirmation Information

• We will send booking confirmation to your email or to your phone number via SMS(Mobile number based in India)
• Driver & Cab Details we share you before 1 hour or ride start.

Additional Charges

• Taxi Waiting Charges: If the taxi waiting time is above 30 min from the scheduled departure time at the pickup location, we charge Rs 200/- per hour basis.

• Multiple Pick-ups: If you require multiple pick-ups, extra charges of Rs. 200/- per pick-up will be applied.

• Holiday and Festival Rates: Taxi rates may vary during the holidays and festivals.

• Toll & Parking Charges: All fare will be excluding the toll and parking charges. And this will be paid by the customer at the end of the ride.
• Driver Allowance: INR 300/- for driver allowance, if the driver ride after the 10 PM and will be paid by the customer at the end of the ride.
